Overview
A 6-week emotional regulation program for youth that teaches coping skills for anxiety, depression, ADHD, and everyday stress. Students learn to manage big emotions, increase self-awareness, and build healthy habits.

Who It’s For
Youth ages 12–18, especially middle school and high school students experiencing:
- Anxiety
- Depression
- ADHD
- Trauma
- Emotional overwhelm or irritability
What This Program Teaches
- What is emotional regulation and why it matters
- How to recognize triggers and manage big emotions
- Tools for navigating DMDD, AHDH, anxiety, and anger
- Coping strategies that actually work (grounding, healthy distractions, expressive outlets)
- How to pause before reacting
- Interactive workbook activities, affirmations, and group sharing
Program Format
Weekly in-person sessions (1–1.5 hours each)
Group-based activities, discussions, and reflection
Interactive workbook provided for each participant
Led by licensed mental health professionals
